Welcome to the Eaton's Ferry Estates Property Owners Association Website. Eaton's Ferry Estates was founded in 1982 and has been growing into a quiet, fun and recreational community.

Eaton's Ferry Estates is located just outside Littleton, North Carolina in Warren County and borders one of the widest parts of Lake Gaston on the south side (see Map Tab). Property owners experience some of the most fantastic views of Lake Gaston and have easy lake access from either personal docks or from our 2 boat ramps.

On Parkway Drive, there is a common gated recreational park that includes a children's playground, picnic areas, docks, assigned boat slips, a day boat slip, and a swimming area without a lifeguard.  Another community boat ramp is located off Forest Hill Drive.

This is a community website designed to bring you information about Eaton's Ferry Estates, upcoming events within the community, and other events around the area.  Members can also enjoy meeting their neighbors, keep informed of association activities, and explore some of the community submitted news articles about places to visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO I PAY MY ANNUAL DUES AND HOW MUCH ARE THEY?
Annual dues are $185 per lot and are due on January 31st of each year.  Payments must be made in full prior to January 31st.  Payment plans, i.e. paying monthly, are not accepted.

Members in good standing (annual dues and assessments paid) have access to our park, boat ramps, and other amenities. Off-water members in good standing may participate in the annual boat slip lottery. "In good standing" status extends to members' families, visitors, and tenants.
I DO NOT HAVE A KEY TO ENTER THE PARK (ON PARKWAY DR.). HOW DO I GET ONE?
The Park entrance keys were issued to all Property Owners in 2013. They are supposed to stay with the property when it changes hands. Please ask the old owner for it.  If you sell your home, please convey the key with the home.
The Board member with Parks Keys & Gate responsibility handles the keys and is listed on the Board page of the website. Currently, it is Phil Licastro, his phone number is 252-629-2386 and email is phillicastro65@gmail.com.

If you are a new owner and do not have a key, contact the Park Keys and Gate Board Member and he will issue you a key at no cost.

If you are an owner who was issued a key and have lost it, there is a fee of $25 charged for a replacement. Please make check payable to EFEPOA.
